We do not allow exotic species or other types of pets.
I lived in timber ridge a few years back and loved it so much I decided to come back and sign another lease. The ladies in the office are extremely friendly. The matinence guys are fantastic and come do the repairs in a timely manor. Every matinence request I have put it has been fixed either the day of in put or the following day. The community is wooded and beautiful! A big bonus for me is that they allow big dogs! All of the neighbors I have interacted with have been awesome.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of Timber Ridge apartments. That day I’ve toured 6 apartments and unfortunately, none of the apartments were as nice as the websites made them seem, nor were the leasing consultants as kind and welcoming as Jack. I’m going to start my application tomorrow!

The new management has done an excellent job. I understand Timber Ridge is an older apartment complex-but now with great management. I have lived here for 5 years and this management team has been top tier since they have been here. Maintenance is on call and very urgent. Keep up the good work!
