I lived in timber ridge a few years back and loved it so much I decided to come back and sign another lease. The ladies in the office are extremely friendly. The matinence guys are fantastic and come do the repairs in a timely manor. Every matinence request I have put it has been fixed either the day of in put or the following day. The community is wooded and beautiful! A big bonus for me is that they allow big dogs! All of the neighbors I have interacted with have been awesome.

The new management has done an excellent job. I understand Timber Ridge is an older apartment complex-but now with great management. I have lived here for 5 years and this management team has been top tier since they have been here. Maintenance is on call and very urgent. Keep up the good work ladies!
