Brand new apartment complex! It's beautiful and centrally located to so many stores and restaurants. They maintain the property very well! Allison, Sarah, and (Jessica - property manager when I moved in last year) are extremely helpful and friendly. They are quick to respond to questions via email and in person. Combination of the complex and their professionalism caused me to sign another year lease early!! Really appreciate all of to providing such wonderful support!

The best place to live in Florence and Burlington, everything is super new, the apartments have a super acceptable size to live comfortably, any issue that may happen, the people who work in maintenance arrive super fast and their work is perfect, the web platform for Making payments is super simple, the green areas look very beautiful and in my house we are already anxious to be able to use the pool in the summer.

While searching for an apartment in the chaotic housing market of today, the Community Manager Jessica, was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick with info and response. Our dealings with her far exceeded what was received from other locations we dealt with. Hopefully the rest of the staff there is as good as her.
