I have lived at CW for two years and it is a very nice apartment complex. Overall well maintained and clean, quiet. The rent is a little too pricey for the lack of amenities that is offered. Seems to be a constant switch in management and maintenance, making it hard to know who is in charge of what.

I think the price is the best bang for your buck, especially with current pricing I've seen at other complex's with smaller units.
