I lived on the Southgate side in a one bedroom apartment on the first floor for one 12 month lease and 1 month of a month to month with my boyfriend from June 2019-July 2020. I like pro con lists so. PRO -Really great about pest control. We never ever saw a bug aside from the occasional silverfish near the window. Ashleigh is one of the office staff. Seriously she is amazing.

Like every other place, Barkley has its ups and downs to living there, but while I lived at the Southgate location, i noticed that leasing and management were very good with communication even throughout the beginning stages of the epidemic, and even when stress was overwhelming for them, issues were always fixable when tended to properly and with patience and respect when brought up accordingly with leasing. i also never saw any cockroaches or ants until the weather got warmer out which is expe
