Centrally Located Loveland, OH Apartments

I have honestly never been happier in an apartment complex. The property is close to everything I need, and well maintained! The apartments are spacious and clean. Great area, great prove!

The complex is a great location, centered from a big shopping area. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. They have great amenities such as tennis courts, basketball court, pool, and fitness center. We were fortunate to get an apartment with new appliances. My wife and I must have a washer/dryer connection, which they have. We've had several maintenance requests and they were done perfectly immediately. My boyfriend and I just moved here. We are really liking it so far. It’s a nice, well kept property that is very much pet friendly. Plenty of people here have dogs which makes it really fun to take ours to the dog park so she can play, and the park area for the dogs is a good size too! I have noticed that the walls are thin, and most days it sounds like my upstairs neighbor is going to come through my ceiling. But that comes with living in an apartment.

I love our apartment and the community at Steeplechase. Everyone has been so friendly and polite. We have a Lakeview and love spending evenings out on the patio. It is so peaceful. We are close to everything we need like work, the store, gas station, ect without feeling like we live in town. I'm also very excited to participate in the community games and be a part of the neighborhood.

I've been a resident for 2 years and had a great experience with the staff and community. During the Covid-19 outbreak Lucy one of the staff called on a regular basis to check in. Steeplechase and the BRG community proved to be very supportive over these difficult times.

We r staying in steeplechase Appartments Loveland Ohio from last 4 years. BRG Appartments have given us the homely comfort . The way kids feel safe with parents it gives us the same feel !!!!! Staff is cooperative, understanding and polite . Maintenance is just a call away !!! Kids play area is renovated and very safe !!!! Pool facilty is awesome . We have been enjoying the pool party, winter party !!!!! Halloween party for kids !!!!

Love living here. Have lived here for many years and the location and amenities are amazing. Love having a beautiful pond literally right next to my back patio. Maintenance is great, management has been really great during the Covid-19 situation. Very caring and willing to help in any way. I’ve been very impressed. The only con is the rent increases every year even with no upgrades but I guess that is any apartment complex. Overall it is an excellent place to live. We have been very happy.

Steeplechase has far exceeded my expectations for a community to live in. The complexes and facilities are always clean and safe. The staff is wonderful. Helpful staff is aiding my search from out of town. Toured in July and liked it. Green spaces and water features yet close to a lot of shopping, post office, library, car dealership, and highways.
