The location of our apartments in Batavia, Ohio works on two levels, with errands and healthcare within a few miles and the metro on one highway.
 

Roads and Drive Times

State Route 32 is the main route west, meeting Interstate 275 at Eastgate. Drive time downtown runs roughly half an hour depending on traffic. The Ohio Department of Transportation has spent years rebuilding this corridor, replacing surface intersections, so traffic can eventually run from Interstate 275 to Batavia without a signal.

Nearby Employers

Mercy Health Clermont Hospital is the closest major employer, a 165-bed campus less than three miles west. Huhtamaki fills nearly one million square feet of the former Ford transmission plant, and Maddox Industrial Transformer runs a production shop along the same road. Total Quality Logistics is headquartered west in Union Township. County offices, UC Clermont College, and the Cincinnati Children's Eastgate building that opened in November 2025 are also employment centers nearby our apartments in Clermont County.

Parks and Recreation

East Fork State Park lies south, covering 4,870 acres around the roughly 2,160-acre William H. Harsha Lake and ringed by a 33-mile perimeter trail. The Williamsburg to Batavia Hike and Bike Trail adds six paved miles, currently ending at Zagar Road just south of here. Sycamore Park and Wilson Nature Preserve follow the East Fork of the Little Miami River.

Shopping, Dining, and Errands

Everyday food sits a few miles west along the highway, including Gold Star and Grammas Pizza. Batavia Bowl is the nearest entertainment stop at just over half a mile. Bigger retail gathers in the Eastgate corridor roughly nine miles west.
