Applying for an apartment is a breeze! Just head over to our floorplan page online, and you can complete your application right there. If you have any questions or need help along the way, feel free to reach out!
Our application process typically takes 24-72 hours. We partner with a third-party system that evaluates each applicant based on credit, criminal history, and other key factors like income, employment, and residence history. Once everything is reviewed, our team will reach out to you with the results as soon as possible. We can’t wait to welcome you to our community!
When applying, there are just a couple of upfront costs to take care of: a $200 hold fee, that will go towards your secuirty deposit when you move in, a security deposit (which you can find our current amount on our floorplan page) and a $50 application fee per person over 18. If you have any questions or need more details, we're just a call or message away! We're here to help make the process as smooth as possible!
Paying rent is a breeze with BRG! You’ve got plenty of options: pay online through the BRG Resident Portal, the BRG Apartments App, Text to Pay, Apple Pay, Masterpass, or even WIPS/PayNearMe for quick cash payments at thousands of local retail stores. Please note, we don’t accept checks at our leasing office, so these digital options are the way to go!
Yes, renter's insurance is a must at all BRG communities! You can easily grab a policy through our trusted insurance partner or choose your own Personal HO4 (Renter’s Insurance) from any provider you like. Just make sure to upload your proof of coverage, and you're all set!
Knobs Pointe Apartments is situated in the Floyd county school system (NAFCS).
While utilities aren't included in the rent, this gives you the flexibility to manage them based on your personal usage. If you have any other questions or need more details, we're here to help!

We have lived here over a year now and we love it! Like older apartments it has a few quirks - but the good news about that is every time we ask management about anything you have issues with they are very quick to help and never spin it around on you - yes, that happened with our last place. It was awful. Management is super friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond. Get past the age of the buildings and a few of the quirks and you'll realize you have a place that truly feels like home!

I have lived on the property for 5 years now and have had a good experience here. They apartments are a little underdated at least the ones I’ve lived in but I haven’t had many issues with that. They are pretty punctual when you put in a work order too which is nice. And Karen the project manager has been amazing since the beginning!

I've lived here 4 years. Even though the property was built in early 1970s and inherently buildings with this much age have their challenges, the management here at Knobs Pointe does their best effort to maintain buildings and the grounds. Of special note is the new grounds keeper, Joe, who does an excellent job and goes beyond the call of duty. I've watched him work tirelessly at his job. We live several states away and there was an emergency with our daughter which left her cat and dog unattended. Simon from maintenance was absolutely a Godsend and checked on the animals, made sure they were fed and the dog walked. I’m so grateful my daughter lives in such a wonderful complex!
