I've lived here for almost 2 years and I love it!!! I will honestly say that the apartments are WAY nicer in person and they are big! The view is amazing! The staff is always super responsive and friendly and if there is an issue, they are quick to fix it. They even have emergency overnight service. They have a security officer patrol at night and on weekends too. So its very safe. The neighbors are all very friendly and that's a huge part of why I love it here.

I have just moved into this community. So far, I love everything about it. The Leasing Manager, Jessica, is amazing and more than accommodating. I had a couple little cosmetic issues upon move-in, and she sent someone over immediately to attend to the details. I LOVE my balcony and my amazing view.

I absolutely love Indian lookout, and even more so the management! The property manager Jessica Jameson is the most down to earth individual I’ve ever met! I was so nervous about having my first apartment, but she was so amazing she kept us informed always was opened to answer questions and always kept me informed! I’m so very blessed to have chose this place as my first home with my own family!

Our property manager is amazing! The view is amazing and on the slight chance something goes wrong. The maintenance is amazing. The property manager always makes sure everything is up to date with our account and is super friendly! Love the place!

I absolutely love my new home at Indian Lookout. Initially I was struck by how prompt the property manager, Jessica, was when I submitted my application. This was just the first of many positive, lasting impressions I received during the application- and subsequent move-in process. My apartment is spacious, wonderfully clean, and the view is to die for. Our neighbors are respectful and quiet, and the community is incredibly well-maintained. Any questions or concerns I had were answered.....

I took a property tour with the property manager today but was unable to see a physical apartment because none were open. I absolutely loved the property and everything it had to offer, basketball court, dog park, and the pool. She took me beside one of the buildings to show me the river and I must say it sold me. I wish I was able to wait and move in but I cannot. I need to move soon. I will be recommending to many of my friends that are looking.

My boyfriend and I moved in here at the beginning of May and it’s truly been such a great experience! It’s very quiet (which is awesome because I’m currently working from home), our apartment is spacious and perfect for us and management has always been extremely nice! We definitely love it, and are planning on being here for a while!

I moved into the apartment complex in August 2020 and couldn’t be happier. The area is quiet and the view is amazing!! The unit is clean and managed very well (property manager, maintenance, etc)! I have nothing negative to say and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Indian Lookout is a lovely place to live! I enjoy how quiet and well maintained it is :) I always take a walk at night and it is well lit and always peaceful. Jessica Jameson is the office manager and she is very prompt and helpful too!
