I have lived at Crown Ridge for a couple years now and my kids and I like it very much . The Neighbors are very friendly. Always having contests and giveaways. Pool parties and free PIES. The maintenance guys are very polite very friendly and get the job done in great timing . Highly recommend.

The manager was very welcoming and thorough. She clearly cares a lot about the tenants and about maintaining a pleasant and safe place to live, and the apartment I toured was spacious with lots of storage and had a large balcony. I noticed that there's non-emergency maintenance happening at this property, like balconies being replaced, which speaks to a responsible landlord. Definitely a contender in my apartment hunt.

Lived here over 3 years. Management is great and no need goes uncared for for long. Great price for the size...best in the are and great location.
