We are half way through our first year and over all we have had a great experience. All issues have been address in a timely manor. Unfortunately the new person across the hall has the same last name so mail gets mixed up but that’s no ones fault. We plan to leave once our lease is up because we want a 3rd bedroom but we are looking to stay with a BRG property. I would highly recommend Deercross it’s quiet and a great location.

I've stayed in Deercross Apartments for several years - it's been a great place to live - high quality of apartments & surroundings, safe & family friendly neighborhood, great maintenance, fun parties and a fantastic leasing office team. The location is also great with stores like Kroger, Kohls, Big Lots, Target etc. nearby, most of which are within walking distance. It's also right next to Ronald Reagan Highway - which gives you access to both I71 & I75. The rent is pretty reasonable.

Lived here for two years and never had an issue with management. The one repair I needed took only a day to fix. Great area too!
