Job Description - The Community Manager's responsibility is the day-to-day management of their assigned apartment community including the leasing and maintenance operations. The Community Manager must be a team leader who, while working closely with the Portfolio Manager, will represent BRG with industry knowledge and professionalism in order to maintain the highest level of occupancy possible at the apartment community.

The Leasing Consultant also provides clerical and administrative support to the Community Manager.
