The Top Workplace award is honored by The Cincinnati Enquirer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Thank you to everyone in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area for completing the survey a few months ago. Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 125 companies made this year’s list, and to be ranked #1 in our first attempt is special.
