Maintenance Technician Full-Time First Shift

Job Description

Performs the various functions necessary for the care and upkeep of the apartment community.

Requirements

Must have experience in apartment maintenance and turnovers. Electrical and plumbing skills are essential. Must provide own hand tools. HVAC certification and experience is preferred. A pre-employment background check and substance abuse screen are required. Successful candidates must also have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal automobile insurance.
