BRG's ownership and executive team were all born and raised in Greater Cincinnati, and have combined property management experience in excess of 200 years! BRG was formed on July 1, 2005 through the combination of Metro Prop Realty, Inc. and Crown Management Corp. These two companies had each been in business for many years and their principals felt that the combined company with its combined resources could provide for greater excellence in apartment housing throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. The value-add management capabilities of BRG include excellent property management practices, sound financial strength, and the finest long-term relationships with its investors, accountants, lenders, insurance companies, advertisers, vendors, suppliers, and contractors. These relationships have ensured consistent performance, growth and the best combination of value and business excellence for BRG's residents and investors. In addition, BRG financially stands behind its reputation since it (or its principals) is an owner in most of the apartment communities that it manages.
